Jess started her culinary career when she found herself in the midst of a large household of lazy, good-for-nothing, fast-food-eating boys.  In an attempt to save her friends from the many financial and health problems associated with ordering pizza every night, she began cooking healthy vegetarian household meals 3 times a week (cheese is healthy, right?).  None of this would have been possible without the help and guidance from her friend Lindsey R. Wolterstorff.

Though no expert on brunch food, Jess has recently been hired at a local scratch breakfast spot called Colossal Cafe where she continues to learn the art of making wholesome and delicious breakfast foods from scratch to share with the community.  Jess is excited to add food blogging to her list of hobbies, which currently include loving cats, karaoke, bridge and reading Russian novels.
